The opportunity

We are currently seeking a Capability & Performance Manager – SA & WA on a permanent located in either Adelaide or Perth. This role is perfect for those who are looking for development and career opportunities across capability, coaching and training within the marketing and SaaS industries.

The Capability & Performance team will give you a chance to work within a fantastic high performance culture with a focus that is supportive of career growth and providing opportunities in a fast-moving environment.

With a strong focus on training, development and coaching our face to face teams in SA & WA, you will be interacting with sales professionals to improve their capability across marketing and SaaS solutions. You will demonstrate a track record of high sales achievement in a current or previous sales role, a high level of capability in digital marketing or SaaS solutions and an ability to drive results through training, coaching and support.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the National Capability & Performance Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Facilitation of Initial Sales Training
  • Weekly training component in sales meetings
  • Fortnightly training workshops
  • Focus on Growth & Retention
  • Consolidation of Sales Process, Value Story & Sales Tools
  • Build SaaS and Digital Marketing capability across the teams
  • Coach and provide action-based feedback after sales appointments/calls
  • Assist with strategy and on appointment/call support for growth and retention opportunities
  • Provide strategic account support to MSA’s
  • Participate and support with any strategic sales initiatives

About You

  • History of high performance in a sales role
  • Excellent SaaS or Digital Marketing Knowledge
  • High level of confidence in personal skills and ability
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple way
  • Ability to present to small and large groups
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
  • Working in teams and with multiple stakeholders
